By Bernard Faigenbaum Simple and easy to follow healthy recipes combined with some great tips for healthy living and healthy eatting.This little book talks about everything from juicers to GMOs to organic produce to healthy oils & fats to healthy cookware. A wealth of information in an easy to read and use format. I have already bought 2 add'l copies as gifts for friends.

It offers delicious recipes that are easy to follow, healthy and yummy. Furthermore it is very informative and helped me to a better understanding of my food choices. I love making this delicious, wholesome recipes for my whole family. Great read!

This cookbook is a gem, full of highly nutritious recipes that perfectly complement our desire to eat healthfully and to be satisfied. Breakfast Gazpacho quickly became a favorite, so I must thank the author for helping me make the jump from all the hidden (and the not-so-hidden!) sugars that used to plague this meal at our house! There are many enticing vegan and vegetarian options within these pages, as well as some creative ideas for fish and an assortment of yummy juices, making this a terrific addition to anyone's cookbook collection. The recipes are generally on the small side, say for one to two people, but many can easily be doubled. You won't need to find sources for uncommon ingredients either; as the title so succinctly and accurately states, these are delicious, nutritious and simple recipes, very approachable and utterly wonderful. This also means that many of the dishes are quick to prepare which is always a plus. The author has thoughtfully included many helpful tips and information about healthy choices throughout the book, from choosing cookware to the best oils to use and much more, so from start to finish it's a real treat!
