About the Author "Uncle Buford" Moore is a resident of Rural Mississippi, where he spends most of his days preparing meat from the grill, or from his smoker. The remaining time he enjoys writing short stories, with lots of Southern humor thrown in. By Marg Ruttan Too bad I'm reviewing this book during the winter and could only try one recipe on the barbecue. However, I also made one of the sauces and it was excellent. I made the Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops and they were absolutely fabulous. The flavor was rich and robust and I highly recommend them. I also tried the Red Wine Barbecue Sauce and it was superb. It has a little nip to it and the wine adds a full-bodied flavor. I really liked both these recipes.Now if the weather ever warms up I'm going to make the Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs and the Grilled Turkey Breast with Fresh Sage. Sage and turkey just go together and this recipe looks excellent.If you want a cookbook with some mouth-watering barbecue recipes, then get Buford Moore's book, America's 50 Favorite Barbecue Recipes!Marg RuttanInternational Bestselling Cookbook Author

The flavor combinations are simply incredible and just reading them made me c hungry.I can't wait to try them all.
