Which exercises you can choose, what food to eat or not to eat. You learnhow to reduce stress etc. and finally at the end of the book there are sample menus, recipesand many other tips which can help you to lower hypertension.The book is well written and easy to read. I am now measuring my blood pressureregularly at home and with the advice in this book I was able to lower myblood pressure to a normal level. In my case it helped just to make a few dietarychanges and do a little more exercise.
