I was tired of stress eating at night until I discovered this useful book. This book covers with various recipes and each of them are unique, healthy and delicious no doubt. Author Jay Kinney described all the recipes as professionally as anyone can understand and make them so easily. I am experiencing my delicious meal everyday with this amazing cookbook.

I made my decision because of the variety of recipes I saw that were listed on the previews. Not to mention the attractive title and price! This book isn't focused on just one type of food, it's got a little bit of everything and I love that! Every sandwich has either an Italian, Asian, Latino or southern twist to it. As a newlywed, I'm constantly looking for new recipe ideas so that I can impress my husband with the variety of foods I can make. This recipe book has helped me on those nights where I can't think of anything new to make. All of the sandwiches have an innovative spin to them and they are actually delicious. You can tell the author is a creative chef. So far I LOVE all the sandwiches I've tried. My favorites right now are the "big beef boss burritos", and both the paninis. My husband's favorites are the "carnita grilled cheese" and the "asian bbq pork". I highly recommend this recipe book to anybody looking to make a delectable yet simple-to-make dinner for their loved ones.

I haven't tried all the recipes yet, but I am currently eating the Parmesan Garlic 4 Cheese Panini and it is AMAZING. I am dipping mine in a pesto aioli and seriously, it's the best thing I've had all day! I like the variety of sandwich recipes that Chef Jay included, there really is something for everyone. As a busy working parent, I am often in a rut with mealtimes and I think we will be trying quite a few of these recipes over the next few weeks. I am especially excited to try the Grilled Portobella next. That sounds perfect for a cookout weekend coming up! Highly recommended to everyone!
