Aside from providing enough information about how inflammation happens and its effect to our bodies, it’s got a variety of useful recipes that’s very easy to follow. So even if you’re working, preparing the recipes isn’t a problem. I’ve tried some of them and they’re delicious. Definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

I got chronic pain in my back. After taking the tasty recipes, my pain has lowered by miles. Very descriptive, informative and easy to read. Another good thing is that this book shows you on how each element works on your nerve pain. I loved it.
