It started with the benefits of losing weight and moved on to when you know you need to lose weight. After that there is a discussion of positive habits and setting goals for weight loss. Then the author imparts 27 super habits. These habits seem to be doable. The book was easy to read and the habits seem reasonable. I have definitely seen some of this information before—eat before you go shopping, for example. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to lose weight sensibly.

This is not to say the tips would not benefit someone. But they are pretty common knowledge. The poor grammar and a total lack of editing makes the book a difficult read. For many individuals, the poor editing will lead to putting the book down and never finishing it.
