By Lopez Jake This is a must cookbook to every kitchen because aside from the fact that this one offers a wide array of delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even desserts and appetizer, they are easy to prepare and can be done so quickly by which is important nowadays especially to the working people that due to their hectic schedules they tend to just resort to dialing the phone for food delivery. In addition, people nowadays are getting conscious of their health and the food they intake due to diseases that just came out, thus, this Paleo Diet cookbook is the solution for those who are health and body conscious and the working class well.

There are breakfast, lunch, appetizer, dessert and dinner recipes. The recipes are well presented and the instructions are well detailed and easy to follow making it easy to prepare each recipe. I made the chicken picante and it was delicious. Great collection of paleo recipes.
