0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Good, informative dieting book. By Lavender Lady I didn't even realize it, but this is about the 5th in the series I've bought. Don does a good job of outlining the weightloss he went through in the first section of the book (which is similar book to book I finally noticed, and is what tipped me off). There are some good tips here. I wish more of the 20 days detox was recipes. I'd certainly like the recipe for the beef and broccoli stir fry that is only 342 calories--because I'm willing to bet he doesn't mean takeout from my favorite Chinese food place. I do like the emphasis he puts on eating whole foods ie: the orange vs the orange juice, and the cutting of refined foods altogether. I like that he "allows" diet soda in the tapering off period, because let's be real, Rome wasn't built (or unbuilt in this case) in a day.
