Full of amazing meal ideas for your brekky each morning that I can't wait to go get my groceries to try them next morning!Their all quite easy to put together by the looks of it too, lean and not bloating as well. Good read especially if you need to lean up your breakfast meals a bit.

I really enjoyed reading it because I learned so many useful recipes. It is focused on breakfast, and I find it very interesting because usual cookbooks are focused on lunch or dinner. All in all, excellent book.

Usually they tend to lean more towards lunch or dinner, which is crazy to me because breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day! I loved how it has a huge variety of recipes too, ranging from breads, smoothies to omelets! Great book!
