Johnson I once had fried chicken at an Indian restaurant and couldn’t duplicate it no matter how hard I tried. But this book showed me how to make it step by step and it’s even more delicious than the chain restaurant’s. There are so many options to choose from in this book, snacks, appetizers, main courses, meat filled, vegetarian. The list goes on and on. The chicken puffs are my favorite so far, so easy to make but so light and fluffy and airy. They’re great inside almost any soup I’ve dropped them into. This book is wonderful and trying all of these recipes is going to be so fun

I’d never had stuffed tomatoes but after trying a DIFFERENT recipe, this one is definitely the best hands down. The deep fried cauliflower is something I would’ve nev3er thought tasted good, but all of the flavors in the recipe really make it delicious. These recipes are so easy to follow and while there are a lot of ingredients, each one is essential and the end product is so worth it. This is a purchase I definitely don’t regret
