5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. this is really a very poor copy of another book By Hoonie Feltham Incredible, this is really a very poor copy of another book, Artisan Bread for Beginners, which came out in 2013. The only difference in this later book is that it has been cut, and that the introduction has been rewritten to include completely misleading, badly written information. I returned it immediately. Surely Amazon should do something to prevent plagiarism? Apart from anything else, it's very bad service to customers.

Wasn't sure how hard it is to make bread, but my lord is it easy!Already cranked out a few loaves of white to dip into my french onion soup and woooo was that a combo! I recommend this book to anyone new to making bread as not only are the recipes easy and delicious,but the pictures greatly help illustrate the steps required!
