Good book on dash diet.I liked how the author discussed major concepts of the dash diet.Also, the chapter about what to include in your dash diet plan was very informative.The three day meal plan for the dash diet answered alot of my questions that i had surrounding this diet.When I got to the part about dash diet recipes I found that very helpful.There were alot of good recipes here.I have looked for ways to lose weight and read alot of diet books.There is alot of information contained within and I would happily recommend this book to others who are looking at getting results from a diet.Well written book!
