I'll eat salads year round, but the family is more selective. However, on a warm day there is nothing better, and this book offers a variety that will please even the pickiest of salad eaters. Love it!

I loved the variety and how some salads seemed lightning-quick, easy to make, and other recipes were a bit longer, but I'd bet worth the wait. I'm so excited to make the lavender syrup! It would be just heaven on a warm spring day.
