TERRIBLE By GG Castillo Was excited to see recipes that help with inflammation problems --- I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus about 9 years ago and have never found much literature in the cooking for inflammation rhelm. As you can imagine, I was pretty excited to see this one, until I started reading it.FIRST, as usual, NO PICTURES. SECOND, as usual, NO DESCRIPTION or intro as to WHY or WHAT in the recipe helps with inflammation. And finally, and most important when seemingly addressing a medical issue of any kind, NO REFERENCES to read about ingredients used! A last note: Did you know that the recipe for the cover picture cannot be found in the Book??

There is sugar in several of the recipes, which is a no-go for people with inflammatory diseases. It's the first thing you are told to avoid. And the cover photo, where's the recipe? No I will not recommend this book.

By Amazon Customer I suffer a lot from arthritis some days I can hardly move the pain is so bad but I take care of my mother. So I am always looking for anything that will help and these recipes are not just great but they are good for you too. The chicken chili is fantastic as is the marinated salmon and the vanilla sponge cake and banana ice cream.
