I'm glad I came across this book. It taught me different recipes that are well thought, easy to prepare, and most importantly, recipes that are simply delicious! Elizabeth Tracy did an amazing job. I'd recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their quality of life. Give it a try!

I have been feeling amazing on my diet but the hardest thing for me has been being tempted by baked goods. There are gluten free products out there but I they are not in every store and are expensive.I wanted to make my own baked treats so I would not be as tempted and I could know exactly what was in my food. The carrot raisin muffin recipe in this book is so good, in my opinion it was worth the price of the book and then some. Highly recommended

I got the wheat belly cookbook for $0.99 so initially, I wasn't expecting much from this book. Once I got into it, I realized that it was exactly what I was looking for! It had a lot of wheat belly recipes that I believe will help me achieve my weight loss goals. Gluten free recipes are important to me and my family so it's time for me to get serious about my choices in food. These recipes look like they will control my wheat consumption. It's nice to find a book like this that helps people lose weight, but still promotes a proper nourishing diet. I can't wait to experience the kind of weight loss that I think this book will bring! I'm going to try the Healthy Chicken Fajitas tonight :O) I will definitely recommend this book to other people.
