By Amazon reader Ok, This might not be the most picturesque cookbook ever, but the ways of cooking, timing, and ingredients involved makes it one of the best LCHF book. The "set and forget" thingy didn't fascinate me at the first, but the first day I cooked something in my slow cooker as breakfast was the day I knew I love my slowcooker more than ever!

By Michael The recipes in the book are fast to prepare and varied, some are veggie while others not, made for breakfast, but some of them can fit also to lunch.In addition, they are divided into different days during the month.I like the idea of short preparation time, make it so much more approachableThe instructions are clear and simple.I especially liked the fact that every recipe has a list of nutrients per serving (protein, fat, carb, fiber).I strongly recommend this book to anyone interested in ketogenic diet and looking for new recipes using crockpot.

Mornings have become so much easy for a fat n' lazy guy like me. It's been three days and I have made three different breakfasts and so far, I have loved them all. The idea provided here is simply superb. "Set, Sleep, Wake, Eat", and that's what I love!Definitely Recommended!
