The diet and its benefits are explained clearly. There are plenty of tips and various food that you can include in the diet. The one week healthy plan is a great challenge for everyone. A good way to lose some pounds and live healthier.

I truly enjoyed this dash diet book By Racquel I'm a fan of healthy eating and I knew that the dash diet would be a good start for me to try and lower my blood pressure and just become healthier and more energetic overall. I truly enjoyed this dash diet book and I now have a dash diet action plan that's step by step that I can use to lose weight and become healthier. There's tips on weight loss and also dash diet recipes and a dash diet meal plan for me to follow so I have no questions of why I cant be successful with this program. I kept hearing that this dash diet was recommended and I'm happy to start taking action on it.

Several years ago, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) created the DASH diet as an answer to the rising incidence of high blood pressure and other health problems, like diabetes. He said The DASH Diet for Beginners isn’t a harsh regimen and it isn’t so much a diet as it is a tool for creating a healthier lifestyle. I liked it because it is not a quick-fix diet that is unhealthful for the body or unsafe to continue for an extended period of time. Rather it is a program to jump start healthy living. It helped me set up a seven-day workout plan that was designed to be a safe and workable program, even for those who are significantly overweight or have been sedentary for quite some time. I got to calculate my BMI (Body Mass Index) and BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate BMR) without having to look up my chemistry notes from college. And the recipes were so good that even those not on the plan (like my wife) enjoyed them. My favorite is Crispy Kale Chips and Chewy Cranberry-Apricot Bars which are delicious snacks… yes you get to snack!
