Fantastic book ful of great tips and recipes:) By Marta I have already checked out Howard's previous books, I loved his fast-paced, informational and motivational style a lot and grabbed this book without any hesitation.He delivered again! His solution is focused on creating a reasonable, healthy diet so that you don't go hungry, feel energized and create vibrant health. With this book you will learn about common dieting mistakes that people make when trying to lose weight (I have been there myself a few years ago).Howards also exposes fad diets and marketing trends that prevent you from achieving weight loss success.I give it a bonus star for super tasty and healthy recipes (with pictures). I tried red lentil hummus last night- tasted so good.I don't need to lose weight now, I am happy with my weight actually, but I always like to learn more about healthy eating habits and how to maintain them. Will be checking out Howard's books as they are helpful in my journey.Howard also offers free skype sessions for his readers- really dedicated author and nutritionist!

Efficiency to weight loss By PP This is like a super diet & excercise, planned to take just 14 days by focusing on certain actitivies that are the most efficient in weight loss. I think it's great for the typical person who is used to doing normal workouts and not focusing on diet that much, because it will open your eyes on how you can be much more efficient and spend less time but get better results. It's an overall guide that I expect to be very educational to most people, maybe even the most fitness-focused of us,

Unlike other books that don’t deliver results, this book is simply a must have when it comes to losing weight!The author starts the book by explaining the top diets that you should avoid, it gives proves statements by public people, such as doctors or scientists to sustain the claims and it gives you a very clear picture of why you should avoid those diets!After this the author gives you the alternative to dieting and further, it gives a complete list of foods (from a nutritional point of view) that you can eat to lose weight! This is very useful because I now know how to create my own healthy menu that promotes weight loss!I was very happy to find that with this book I also got straight foreword recipes that I already tried and loved.Also, I was surprised to find out that the most efficient fat burning exercise is also a fun one and the author explains how you can make your body burn fat for up to 48 hours!The techniques on how to stay motivated during and after the program were also very useful and so were the tips on how to incorporate everything I learned in my lifestyle!But the best part of this book is the fact that the author was overweight too and he understands the mind of an overweight person! Also, the author is a certified technician in gastronomy and a former professional athlete therefore, he has solid knowledge about dieting, fitness and weight loss!This was without a dough one of the best books that I read about weight loss and I am happy to say that I already see the desired results on the scale! I’m already losing weight and I strongly believe that if you are in need of losing weight, then downloading this book will be the right step to take!
