I've been determined to start eating clean for years now but have never been disciplined enough and I'm hoping this book will give me the kick I need. It's got all the info and all the encouragement to inspire me to finally start a healthy nutrition program. It's worth buying!

My daughter was recently diagnosed with multiple food allergies so our entire lifestyle had to change. This book had great ideas and recipes for a healthy diet. We eliminated many processed foods and this book really helped us to cope with the changes and still eat delicious foods! I'm glad to have this!
