1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great Book of Tips and More. By MeBerri I picked this book up as a kindle unlimited read, and was not disappointed. It is actually so much more than the 50 tips I thought I would be getting. There are great chapters on setting goals, and how to avoid common mistakes when dieting. I really liked the how to avoid common mistakes chapter- in the past I have made quite a few of the mistakes mentioned and on further reflection the things mentioned were definite contributors to my dieting failures. Now I feel like I can begin another diet that might actually stick if I apply some of what I learned (such as avoiding the all or nothing attitude while dieting).I also really liked the end chapter that mentioned various celebrities and what routines and diets they follow to stay slim- it was nice having that reminder that even the hot bodies we see on tv all the time have to work at it. Awesome book, I would for sure read more by this author, her explanations were very clear and concise and her advice is sound.

Great Tips on Weight Loss By Daryl Rockson Kirani Jamese’s book on 50 Quick Easy Weight Loss Tips is a great book on learning small tactics to loss weight. I liked that it has tips that encompass the different aspects of everyday life. The tips that Kirani give are full of insight. I really liked the section about how to stay motivated and ways to lose big, it really helped a lot with my motivation. Definitely a must read if you’re looking to lose weight.
