Anna Scott tells you everything that you need to know about juicing and then gives you several recipes that can be easily tweaked to your own particular preference. If you are going on a juice diet or a juicing cleanse this recipe book won't make you feel as if you are being deprived of anything. If you plan on doing any kind of long term juicing diet, for the sheer number of recipes and different uses of common fruits and vegetable I would say that Juicing: Everyday Juicing for Beginners is a book you will definitely want in your arsenal.
