3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. 10-Day Detox Diet Cookbook WORKS! By VA So happy I went ahead and read 10-Day Detox Diet Cookbook as it really works. Following the recipes in the cookbook and diet by Mark Hyman, I’ve seen such a difference in my weight and health in less than two weeks. As a busy mom of three sometimes it’s hard to think of myself and what I’m intaking. What I loved most about this book was the recipes were easy to follow and delicious. Bonus aspect of it is I didn’t have to make separate meals for my family. I would take the recipe I made for myself and add a few more ingredients for the kids and dinner was served. Definitely follow the advice in this book on the “5 Ways to Boost You Metabolism”. It’s all things we know we should be doing but it takes really implementing them to see a difference in your weight and health. Definitely would recommend this book to other busy mom and just anyone looking to make a positive change in their diet and lifestyle.

3 of 4 people found the following review helpful. It has good recipes By Kathryn V. Thomas I definitely agree with the clean eating. Recipes were good and the instructions where easy to follow. A little too extreme and I have been clean eating for 6 months on this meal plan. Also, I don’t agree with expensive supplements. I feel like you can get everything you need in fruits vegetables and lean meats. Overall great knowledge and awareness is the key to living a healthier lifestyle. I have lost 40 lbs just by eating right. So you can do it.

Love the day to day encouragement as you work thorough the phases of detoxification. Recipes are excellent -- except for the breakfast meals. I didn’t enjoy them. I lost 10 lbs in the 10 days, as my wife did also. We found this to be a good start to a healthier way of eating. Recommended to those starting the 10 day detox.
