I'm always looking for more information about preventing or solving health issues, so I decided to give this one a shot. There are recipes for all meals included, and the instructions are easy to follow. The ingredients are all simple to come by, and the directions are clear. Even if you don't suffer from hypertension, following these health guidelines could definitely benefit you. I enjoyed several of the recipes from each category, and plan to integrate some of the ideas I learned with other meals I already eat regularly!

My blood pressure had gotten a little high and I needed some recipes to help me lower it. This book is the book for you! She has the recipes in sections of breakfast, lunch and dinner, which I love, I don't like it when all the recipes are piled together. These are easy and delicious! The best part, my blood pressure is down! Anyone who needs to lower their blood pressure or cholesterol...or even lose a bit of weight, this is the book for you!

We tried lots of things and diets to get out of this problem but never get benefit from anything. I just find this book on Dash Diet. I think these diets will surly helps in this regard. There are easy to make and very delicious recipes in this book. I think I got the right book now but I will give it to four stars now, but later on if we got benefits from it then surly i will give 5 stars to this book….
