Many of us are all thumbs in the kitchen but anyone can plug in a crockpot. The list of great cuts of meat are many of my hubby's favs. To find such an easy yet comprehensive book that can make me look talented in front of my family is a winner in my 'book'!

We have made so many new meals with the crock pot without having to spend all that time in the kitchen. The house smells wonderful all day long, and those meals can warm even the coldest stomachs in our house. I hope their is a part 2 coming out, I will be first in line....

It discusses here what is crock pot cooking, the advantages of it, why meat is perfect for slow cooking, helpful tips, and slow cooking recipes of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken. Those recipes are so interesting to prepare and to serve. I want to try some of those.
