By Jo Reviewer Vegan diet was gifted to me by my roommate who has turned vegan recently six months ago and wants to share her experience with others as well. It was definitely a good guide for beginners like myself who are entering the world of veganism.The book is packed not only with some awesome healthy recipes but also provides lots of ethical and dietary reasons to turn in to veganism. I have already tried some of the yum recipes like Vegan curried rice and the Strawberry, Oatmeal And soy milk breakfast recipe.

Not only does it tell about why going vegan is a good thing, it also goes into a full diet plan to follow. The plan is in-depth and effective. It walks you through every step of the process including all the necessary ingredients and directions for each recipe. This book is exactly what I was looking for. Great read.
