It explains everything you need to know about the diet and goes into great detail about exactly how you should start, as well as providing you with detailed instructions on how to go through all the dash phases. And to top it off the book comes with a ton of cool recipes to try. For the price there is no other DASH book on Amazon that can compare

By Danielle Dash Diet is a great diet to follow if we are aiming to lose weight or want to live a healthier life in general. The book educates us with the best tools necessary to begin and conquer this Dash Diet because it is a healthy diet due to its simple yet effective nature. The diet focuses on consuming whole foods consisting mostly of fish, chicken, whole grains and meats. The diet lets promotes foods high with vitamins, good or healthy fat content, and high fiber goods which leads to lowering blood pressure. This book is very easy to follow as it provides the guidelines of the diet, and provides proven and tested recipes that we can all try. So I glad I came across this book because it will guide me to eating healthier.

While reading it I found myself craving the "right" foods. So it worked on me so far... Well-researched and well-written. If you suffer from hypertension or overweight, this diet will be the solution for you. It focuses on constant healthy choices in food rather than quick fixes. While reading this book I started eating and feeling better. And I thought I knew everything about nutrition! I learned some new, helpful tricks! The recipes are divine, especially that applesauce French toast. Bon appetite!
