Get this book By J.E.Andrews When I bought this book, I thought that it was a book about cooking soups and stews. However, this book is about eating healthy. Did you know that sauerkraut, raw garlic, and onions are good for a lot that is wrong with Americans. You need to fry with olive oil instead of the others. Coconut oil is good also, it just cost more. Black coffee is better for you, but I like cream, no sugar. It's better than cream and sugar. Did you know that you eat yourself to a healthier lifestyle. Please get this book. It can help with so many of health problems.
