The author shares a variety of salads from just everyday snack salads to savory dinner salads. I love how the author has categorized each salad recipe by calories, so if you’re a calorie counter this is perfect for you! For example, “Salads under 200 calories” and “Salads between 300-400 calories”. And so on. This book is packed with yummy and healthy salads. I am a salad lover myself and always wanting to try new ingredients in my salads, this book is so helpful for that. These salad recipes are easy to make and I highly highly recommend this book to everyone!

By Vera Darin Wiggins did a great job while writing this book because it is the "must-have" for all people who would like to lose weight and look better. All recipes are organized into three main categories - salads under 200 calories, salads 200 - 300 calories, and salads 400-500 calories. I like this organization of book, because it gives people with different affinities opportunity to choose what the recipe according to their daily calorie intake plan.
