Since I lost over 20 pounds now using The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution from Chef Jai Scovers, I am always on the lookout for new ways to jazz up the foods that I eat that will help me keep this weight off. But, I also don't want to go back to the way that my body used to be. That is why I love this book. It is awesome. The Thai Chicken Tacos are already on my planning menu for this week and by Saturday, I can't wait to try the Bang Bang Shrimp.
