By Rafael Marrero Really good book for anyone interested in low/no carb diets also know as ketogenic diets. In the past I managed to lose over 100lbs doing a ketogenic diet without exercise believe it or not. One thing I found useful in this book is that you can buy small test strips from the drug store to test your body for ketosis. This is actually really useful way to monitor your diet if you eat more carbs and worry if it will affect your weight loss. Great book!

I was excited to find that the diet works very easily! Especially while sticking to the 7 day meal plan when starting. I found that the chapter about the benefits and possible side effects helped me to prepare for the consequences and have realistic expectations. This book is great and informative.
